Claimed by users, the item was given to celebrate Miku's birthday. The 39 is read as if they were japanese numerals, with 3 = mi and 9 = ku, so 39 = Miku.
- Miku is written using katakana as "ミク", where ミ (mi) is similar to the kanji for 3, 三 (san). The character ク (ku) is read as-is and also sounds the same as 9, 九 (kyū or ku).
